Meador, circa 1915 at Kansas.1 Ethel Blanche Scott was included in the census of Dora Emma Winans on 24 January 1920 at Garnett, Kansas.1 Ethel, a widow, her two children and widowed mother Dora, appeared on the census of 8 April 1930 in Garnett, Anderson County.7 Ethel and son Joseph appeared on the census of 4 April 1940 in Ottawa, Franklin County, Kansas.8 Ethel Blanche Scott died in April 1965 at Garnett, Kansas, at age 78.9,3 There is confusion in the relationship of Lynn and brother Joseph to Blanche Scott. Although conjecture, She may have married Lynn first and divorced him and then married Joseph. Lynn left Kansas after 1910 and married a Maude. Joseph stayed in Kansas. This researcher believes that it was Ethel Blance Scott for both. More research is needed.10

The fact that William is an Episcapal Minister seems to tie this William to the Craighill family.4 Lillie and William appeared on the census of 14 April 1930 in Bedford, Bedford County, Virginia; Lillie is listed a "Wistar L."5 William Clarkson Marshall and Lillie Wistar Craighill appeared on the census of 11 April 1940 in Bedford, Bedford County, Virginia; Lillie is listed as "Wistar C.
