     Christian Wilhelm Goeke was born on 1 January 1895 at 112 Fulton St., Pullman, Cook County, Illinois.3,4 He was the son of Frank Richard Goeke and Anna Barbara Stuchring.2 Christian Wilhelm Goeke was recorded in the census of Frank Richard Goeke and Anna Barbara Stuchring on 5 June 1900 at Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.2 Chris was living with during the census of Frank and Anna on 3 May 1910 at Chicago.5 Chris entered the US army on 15 December 1917. He saw combat during WWI loosing one of his lunges as a result of exposure to gas.6 He ended his military service on 30 July 1919.6 He was also with Frank and Anna during the census on 12 January 1920 at Chicago.7 He was also recorded with Frank and Anna durnig the census on 7 April 1930 at Chicago.8 Chris was included in the census of his father Frank on 6 April 1940 or 8 April 1940 at Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.9 Chris married Hazel Louise Pratt, daughter of William Joseph Pratt and Amalie "Mollie" Auguste Albrecht, on 23 April 1941 at Chicago, Illinois.10 Christian Wilhelm Goeke and Hazel Louise Pratt appeared on the 1950 US Census of 10 April 1950 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.11 Christian Wilhelm Goeke died on 20 February 1975 at Illinois at age 80; From a Obit. for Chris "Goeke", Husband of Hazel L., nee Pratt; borther of Florence Abraham, Hugo, Paul, Robert, the Late Arthur and Frank Jr.12,13 He "Uncle Chris" was the only adult that would ride nephew David Pratt on the various rides at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. On one ride, while upside down, Chris' was laughing so much that his lower denture came out, but he daftly caught it before it was lost overboard. Chris and Hazel always sent boxes of of butter scotch candy to the Norman Pratt's at Christmas. For months afterwards, sticky, half eaten bars could be found at various places throughout the house.14

     Dorothy Maria Alvord was born on 6 April 1895. She was the daughter of Irving Thomas Alvord and Eudora Mary Caroline Jones. Dorothy Maria Alvord was included in the census of her parents, Irving Thomas Alvord and Eudora Mary Caroline Jones, on 7 June 1900 at Meeker, King County, Washington.2 She was also included in the census of her parents on 19 April 1910 at Kent City, King County, Washington.3 Dorothy Maria Alvord appeared on the census of 19 January 1920 in Centralia, Lewis County, Washington.4 She appeared on the census of 4 April 1930 in Olympia, Thurston County, Washington.5 Dorothy appeared on the census of 20 April 1940 in Bellingham, Whatcom County, Washington.6 She died on 25 March 1982 at Seattle, King County, Washington, at age 86; From an Obit in the Seattle Times "Dorothy M. Alvord—Age 86. Beloved aunt of Boaz Avigal, Kathryn Perkins, Betty Mae Allwine, Margenia Simmons, Barbara McGhee, Richard Alvord and Martha McNeil".7 She Dorothy was a graduate of Washington State University, she also studied at Columbia University and the University of California at Berkeley. Before coming to Seattle in 1947 as associate librarian for the county system, she had served as librarian in Bellingham for 11 years and in Olympia for three years. She became King County librarian in 1951 and remained in the post until she retired in 1962.8,9

     Arthur Jacobson was born on 23 May 1895 at Minnesota.1 He was the son of Albert Jacobson and Menna Olsdatter "Minnie" Helle.2 Arthur Jacobson was included during the census of his parents, Albert Jacobson and Menna Olsdatter "Minnie" Helle, on 5 June 1900 at Cady, St Croix County, Wisconsin.3
     Art was included in the census of his parents, Albert Jacobson, on 10 May 1910 at Banks, McKenzie, North Dakota.2
     Arthur Jacobson was recorded on a World War I Draft Registration Card, on 5 June 1917 at Twin Valley, McKenzie County, North Dakota; Listed himself as a single Farmer living by himself.4 He was " inducted at Schafer on March 29, 1918; sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa; served in 163rd Depot Brigade, to April 18, 1918; Medical Detachment, Fort Riley, Kans., to April 20, 1918; Hospital Train No. 2, to discharge. Discharged at Camp Dix, N. J., on Nov. 26, 1919, as a Corporal". from 29 March 1918 to 26 November 1919.5
     Art was also included in the census of his parents on 23 January 1920 at Twin Valley, McKenzie County, North Dakota.6 He married Valjher "Vee" Gunhilda Sundfiord, daughter of Lars Sundfiord and Anna Olena Berg, before 3 April 1930.1 Arthur Jacobson and Valjher "Vee" Gunhilda Sundfiord appeared on the census of 10 April 1940 in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming.7 Arthur Jacobson died on 14 April 1987 at Santa Clara County, California, at age 91; Art served in the U.S. ARmy during WWI. He is burried at the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno, San Mateo County, Californi.8 Although not related, the Arthur Jacobson and Harry Eugene Burke Sr. families were closely associated Their relationship began when Harry, a department of Agreculture entomologist, was studying and supervising the spraying of needletiers and sawflies along the Yellowstone park highway outside of West Yellowstone, Montana. That was during the summers of 1925-1927. Art was a Yellowstone Park Ranger and a batchelor who at the time and gave up his residence for the Burke family during their stay at Yellowstone. A strong friendship developed at the time and lasted through the remainder of both thair lives. Art and Vee actually bought part of the Burkes 2 acres on Mozart Avenue in Los Gatos where they built a home after Art's retirement from the Park service.9,10

     John Marion Warner was born on 28 July 1895 at Cuero, DeWitt County, Texas.1,2 He was the son of Oliver Ransom Warner and Mary Lillie Mercer.1 John Marion Warner married Ida Elsie Lorenz, daughter of Adolph Lorenz and Sophie Schaefer, at Texas.3 John Marion Warner was recorded on a World War I Draft Registration Card, on 5 June 1917 at San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas; Employed at the King Furniture Co.4 He and Ida Elsie Lorenz appeared on the census of 2 April 1930 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.5 John Marion Warner and Ida Elsie Lorenz appeared on the census of 17 April 1940 in San Anatonio, Bexar County, Texas; This census included John and Elsie's daughter and her husband, George Boettiger.3 John Marion Warner died on 10 December 1960 at San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, at age 65; Mrs. Elsie Warner wis listed as informant.2
