Wienk and Florence R (?)2 Martin Wienk died on 18 June 2004 at Frot Adkinson, Jefferson County, Wisconsin; From an obituary publishted in the Rockford Register Star - "PECATONICA -- Martin Herman Wienk, 80, of Pecatonica died Friday, June 18, 2004, in Fort Atkinson Hospital in Fort Atkinson, Wis. Born Nov. 23, 1923, in Rockford. Son of Frank and Florence (Last) Wienk. He farmed for many years in Pecatonica before working as a farm laborer for Green Giant. He was a great father and loved his family very much. Survivors include his 11 children, Richard Wienk, Katherine VonHaden, Lawana (Gene) Franseen, Dennis Wienk, Kenneth (Nancy) Wienk, Bruce Wienk, Jonathan (Sue) Wienk, Rebecca (Paul) Pierce, Cheryl (George) Greenlee, Barbara (Mike) Carlson and Justin (Mary) Brady; many grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Services at 2 p.m. Monday, June 21, in St. John's Lutheran Church, Pecatonica. Burial in Twelve Mile Grove Cemetery, Pecatonica. He was 81. Mr. Albright was born Oct. 29, 1925, to Harry W. and Myrtle M. Albright and spent his early childhood in Chicago. His family lived in Arizona and California before settling in Oregon in 1938. Albright graduated from Sandy High School. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Upon discharge, he enrolled in Vanport College. In 1948, he escaped the school only moments before a flood destroyed the town. He graduated from WillameOtte University in 1950 and enrolled in the law school there, where he earned a doctorate in jurisprudence in 1952. In 1952, he moved to Madras, and became an attorney in private practice. In 1956 he won election to the office of Jefferson County district attorney. In 1974, he moved to Portland where he retired from the Civil Rights Division of the state of Oregon in 1988. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Maxine E. (Shultz) Albright; five children: daughter, Sarah of Portland, and sons, Bob and wife Diana of Corvallis, Pat and wife Gin of Eugene, Evan and wife Lori of Bourne, Mass., and Stuart and wife Margaret of Portland; sister, Lois Thornton, of Salem; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His eldest son, Richard D."Rusty" Albright, died in 2003. McHenry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. No public services are planned.2

     Fred C. Bollhoffer Jr was born on 23 July 1927.1 He was the son of Fred A Bollhoffer and Augusta "Gussie" M. Albrecht.1 Fred C. Bollhoffer Jr was recorded in the census of his parents Fred A Bollhoffer and Augusta "Gussie" M. Albrecht on 21 April 1930 at Chicago, CooK County, Illinois.3 Fred C. Bollhoffer Jr was included in the census of Augusta "Gussie" M. Albrecht and Fred A Bollhoffer on 30 April 1940 at Justice, Cook County, Illinois.4 Fred C. Bollhoffer Jr began military service in 1946; Medical Corp.1 He ended military service in 1949; Medical Corp. He married Maxine Buchanan, daughter of James Clinton Buchanan and Bernice Luella Caves, on 1 July 1950 at Hancock, Wisconsin.1 Fred C. Bollhoffer Jr died on 13 February 1998 at Lombard, Du Page County, Illinois, at age 70; From Fred's Obituary: "husband of Maxine; father of Cathy Budach of Lombard, Fred (Francesca), and Debbe (Paul) Brunke of Lombard; grandfather of five; brother-in-law of Bernard Buchanan and James (Iona); and uncle to many nieces and nephews.....a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II and the Korean War."5,2
