     Samuel Darby was born on 26 April 1811 at Lincolnshire, England.2,3,4 He was the son of An Un-known Darby. Samuel Darby immigrated on 29 April 1835 to New York, New York; His estimated Birth Year was 1811 and he came on the vessel Inez and he appears to have settled in Tioga County, New York (see Note: 1845).5 He married Sarah M Reed circa 1841 at New York.1 Samuel Darby and Edward Darby A biography for Henry Darby in the "past and Present of Lake County, Illinois" by Elijah Haines, 1877, states that the family came to Lake County in 1845 from Tioga County, New York" in 1845.6 Samuel Darby and Sarah M Reed appeared on the census of 25 September 1850 in Vernon, Lake County, Illinois.7 Sarah and Samuel appeared on the census of 9 August 1860 in Vernon, Lake County, Illinois.8 They also appeared on the census of 11 August 1870 in Vernon, Lake County, Illinois.2 Sarah and Samuel last appeared together on the census of 11 June 1880 in Vernon, Lake County, Illinois.9 Samuel Darby died on 10 August 1889 at Beloit, Rock County, Wisconsin, at age 78; Beloit Free Press (Copied by Debbie Gowen) Obituary 10 Aug 1889. DARBY - died at the home of his son-in-law Mr. Robert Martin, this morning at 6 o:clock from old age. Mr. Samuel Darby aged 79 years died after an illness of about three weeks.      Mary Royall Woodson was born on 11 June 1811 at Franklin County, Virginia.1 She was the daughter of Benjamin Woodson and Martha "Patsey" LeSueur.1 A widow, mary appeared as head of house on the census of 20 August 1860 in Jackson, Monroe County, Missouri. Her son Thomas was opperating their farm.2 Mary appeared on the census of 9 June 1880 in Marion, Monroe County, Missouri.3 Mary Royall Woodson died on 24 October 1890 at Monroe County, Missouri, at age 79; Posted at Find-A-Grave: "Mary Royall Woodson was the daughter of Benjamin and Martha "Patsey" LeSueur-Woodson. She married James W. Craig on May 15, 1834. Mary was a good woman, a member of the Baptist Church and died in 1890 at the age of seventy-nine years.4 "

Joseph Pere Bell Wilmer D.D. married Helena Skipwith, daughter of Hon Humberston Skipwith and Sarah Nivison, circa 1840 at Virginia.4 Helena and Joseph Wilmer appeared on the census of 12 October 1850 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; This census included George (10) and Selina(8) Skipwith.4 Rt. Rev. Joseph Pere Bell Wilmer D.D. and Helena Skipwith appeared on the census of 6 June 1860 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; There can be little doubt that this is the Rev. Joseph Willmer. Why was the Rt. Rev. Wilmer listed as Geo. E. Wilmier? (Suthern sympathies?). Helena was listed as Hellen, Skipwith as Skipple,Joseph as Joseph, Helena jr. as Hellen, and William as William. Order of birth and ages match.5 Rt. Rev. Joseph Pere Bell Wilmer D.D. died on 2 December 1878 at New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, at age 66.1,3 He Posted on Wikipedia: "He attended the University of Virginia, where he graduated in 1831; Kenyon College, where he graduated in 1833; and Virginia Theological Seminary, where he graduated in 1834. In 1857, he received the degree of D.D. from Union College in Schenectady, New York. Wilmer was ordained a deacon in the Episcopal Church on July 10, 1834, in St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Alexandria, Virginia, by Bishop Richard Channing Moore of Virginia. He was ordained a priest by the same bishop at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Petersburg, Virginia, in May 1838. ] He married Helen Skipwith, the daughter of Humburston and Sarah (Nevison) Skipwith, with whom he had six children".6

     Robert Rankin Williams was born on 16 July 1812 at Greeneville, Greene County, Tennessee; An Obituary posted on Find-A-Grave: Robert Williams died Monday afternoon at his home near Sulphur City and was buried at 2 p.m. today at Elkins. Deceased was in his 93rd year and came to Arkansas from Greenville, Tenn. in 1852. When a young man he was a neighbor of Andrew Johnson, later the 17th President of the U.S., and was a patron of the latter who was engaged in the tailoring business. Uncle Bob Williams was a good man and a highly respected citizen. [The Springdale News 3/10/05].2 He married Rachel Van Hoose, daughter of John Van Hoose and Lydia Lewis, on 18 June 1871 at Washington County, Arkansas.1 Robert Rankin Williams and Rachel Van Hoose appeared on the census of 11 June 1880 in White River, Arkansas; This census included Robert's daughter Florence, age 20.3 Robert Rankin Williams died on 26 February 1905 at Elkins, Washington County, Arkansas, at age 92.2

"Mattie" Dickerson was likely one of the under 10 year old females during the census of his father, Griffith Dickerson, on 7 August 1820 at Scott County, Virginia; The Scott County entry provived the fallowing with an authors guess as to who the indiviuals could have been: Free White Persons - Males: under 10 (Thomas, Silas, James), 10-15 (William), 45 over (Griffith). - Females: under 10 (Martha, Jane, ?), 10-15 (?, ?), 16-25 (Sarah), 26-44 (Rebecca).5 Martha B. "Mattie" Dickerson married Abraham Crockett Pallette, son of Abraham Pallette and Jane Young, on 15 October 1840 at Jackson County, Missouri.6,4 Martha B. "Mattie" Dickerson and Abraham Crockett Pallette appeared on the census of 1 October 1850 in Sni A Bar, Jackson County, Missouri.7 Abraham and Martha also appeared on the census of 16 July 1860 in Sinabar, Missouri.8 Martha B.
