Eliza Roxana "Anna" Blanchard was also known as Anna.3 She was born in February 1850 at New York. The 1900 census list her birth as Feb 1852. How ever, since she appeared on the 4 Sep 1850 census, the birth year must have been 1850 not 52.1 She was the daughter of Benjamin L. Blanchard and Catharine Brown.1 Anna was recoreded in the census of her parents, Benjamin L. Blanchard and Catharine Brown on 4 September 1850 at Huron, Wayne County, New York; Because of the fallowing: 1) Joseph, Mary and William were living with Benjamin and Catherine Blanchard in 1850; 2) Both Catherine and Joseph were born in England; 3) Their ages are certainly close enough to be brother and sister. It is possible that Catherine Blanchard and Joseph brown were brother and sister. If not Brother and Sister they may be related in some way! For that reason, Catherine Blanchard is inclued as Catherine Brown in this text.1 She was also recorded with them in the census on 29 September 1860 at Huron, New York.4 Eliza Roxana "Anna" Blanchard married Mason G. Wood, son of Richard Wood and Rebecca Garton, circa 1878 at Wayne County, New York.3,2 Anna along with her husband was recorded in the census of parents on 2 June 1880 at Huron, Wayne County, New York.3 Eliza Roxana "Anna" Blanchard and Mason G. Wood appeared on the census of 6 June 1900 in Huron, Wayne County, New York.2 Anna and Mason were also recorded on the census of 30 April 1910 in Huron, Wayne County, New York.5 They were recorded again on the census of 9 January 1920 in Sodus, Wayne County, New York.6
