He was the son of Richard Reynolds and Josephine Elizabeth Ober.1 Burwell Wilson Reynolds was recorded in the household during the census of Richard Reynolds and Josephine Elizabeth Ober on 3 January 1920 at Placerville.2 Burwell Wilson Reynolds married Rosita Anne Farrell, daughter of Edward Patrick Farrell and Eliza Laura "Gram" Steele, on 8 January 1927 at Stockton, California; The marriage was blessed by the church in Auburn or Placerville.3 Burwell Wilson Reynolds and Rosita Anne Farrell appeared on the census of 7 April 1930 Rose Avennue, Placerville, El Dorado County, California.4 Sarge and Rosita appeared on the census of 2 April 1940 in Eden (Hayward), Alameda County, California.5 Burwell Wilson Reynolds died on 10 May 1974 at St. Mary's Hospital, Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, at age 66.6 "Sarge" was a traffic officer with the California State Highway Patrol for 17 years.      Marion Rebecca Burke was born on 7 June 1908 in Washington, D. C..2 She was the daughter of Harry Eugene Burke Sr. and Marion Josephine Armstrong. Marion was first recorded during the census of her parents, Harry Eugene Burke Sr. and Marion Josephine Armstrong, on 15 April 1910 in Washington, D.C.3 She was also in the household of Harry and Marion Burke during the census on 23 January 1920 at Los Gatos, Santa Clara County, California.4 After graduating from Palo Alto high school Marion attended at Stanford University, Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, graduationg in June of 1930 with a degree in Journalism.5 Marion was still living in her parents for the census of on 16 April 1930 at 1551 Emmerson, Palo Alto, California.1 Marion married Norman Uriah Pratt, son of William Joseph Pratt and Amalie "Mollie" Auguste Albrecht, on 19 November 1932 at Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California; They were married in the home of Marions Father, Dr. H. E. Burke.6 Marion and her family were included with her parents in the census on 3 May 1940 at Redwood Township (Los Gatos), Santa Clara County, California.7 After Norms death Marion remained at Lacey between 1985 and 1989. After 1989 Marion moved to at Fresno, Fresno County, California, where she lived untill the time of her death.8 Marion Rebecca Burke died on 5 November 2001 at 5:30 pm, Hy-Lond Health & Rehab Ctr. 3408 E. Shields Ave., Fresno, California, at age 93.9,10,11 Although After graduating from Stanford, Marion worked for a News Paper in Tracey, California and at Elliots Nursery in Los Gatos during WWII However, as with many women of her generation, she was mostly a homemaker, a stay at home mother, and an avid Gardner. She also enjoyed other handy work and spent untold hours weaving, knitting, doing needle point and quilting. During the Second World War she and her mother used these skills to teach weaving to disabled military personnel. She enjoyed reading and willingly did book reviews for many of the groups to which she belonged. She definately made an impression on everyone she met.8 Jean Small was one of Marion's closest friends. Besides endless hours they spent discussing families, they often traveled together. This included a girl's only tour of the British Islands in the early 1980's. . Immediately after Norman's death, Marion found comfort in the company of Jean and her husband Boris. Interestingly, Jean and Marion both died at the age of 93.8

Harold was wounded in France by shell frgments to both the leg and hand. After the war, he interned at the Veterans Hospital in San Francisco, He did his residency at the University infermery at Moscow, Idaho, before practicing medicine in Los Altos, California.1
