     Thomas Alexander Scott Thropp was born on 11 January 1893 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.1,3 He was the son of Joseph Earlston Thropp and Miriam Douglas Scott.2 Thomas Alexander Scott Thropp married Rebekah Wilmer, daughter of Dr William H Wilmer and Rebecca Lewis Smith, on 24 November 1915 at Church of the Epiphany (Episcopal), Washington, D. C..1,4 Thomas Alexander Scott Thropp was recorded on a World War I Draft Registration Card, on 3 June 1917 at District of Columbia; Supporting a wife and daughter.5 He Thomas was assigned to as a 2nd Lieut. To The Coast Defenses Of Balboa, Fort Grant, C.Z. The fallowing was extracted from a Corrected Copy of Thomas' orders attachted to Rebekah's passport application: "Headquarters, Coast Artillery Training Camp, Fort Monroe, Va., November 27, 1917. Special Orders No. 53. CORRECTED COPY Extract: 1. Pursuant to instructions from the War Department contained in letter from The Adjutant General of the Army dated November 15, 1917, the fallowing assignments of officers are announced. The officers of the Reserve Corps are placed on active duty to take effect this date;" on 15 November 1917 at Canal Zone., Panama.6 He resided on 19 February 1918 at Panama.6 Rebecca and Thomas Thropp appeared on the census of 26 January 1920 in Washington, District of Columbia.7 He was found on a passenger list of the S.S. Berengaria sailing from Southampton on 30 April 1927 at New York, New York.8 Thomas and Rebekah also appeared on the census of 15 April 1930 in Washington, District of Columbia.3 Thomas died on 11 September 1958 at Towson, Baltimore County, Maryland, at age 65.2

     John Sidney Hooe was born in 1894 at Virginia.1 He was the son of Robert E. Hooe and Ida Elizabeth Hutton.3 John Sidney Hooe was recorded in the census of Robert E. Hooe and Ida Elizabeth Hutton on 21 April 1910 at Washington, D. C..4 John was recorded on a World War I Draft Registration Card, on 5 June 1917 at Washington, District of Columbia.5 John Sidney Hooe married Nannie M. Armstrong, daughter of Millard Button Armstrong and Ella Blanche Parr, on 27 March 1919 at Washington, District of Columbia.2,6 John and his wife Nannie Armstrong was listed in the census of his parents on 13 January 1920 at Washington, D.
