If this is Nancy's husband the 1850 census indicates that he had gone to Tennessee before 1830. Who the extra males between 20 and 29 on the 1840 census are unknown. Also he must have died before 1850.2 He was born before 1810 at Virginia.1 He was the son of Griffith Dickerson and Rebecca Flanary.1 G(riffith?) D.
