The oldest and youngest of these children still live at home, to comfort their bereaved father" Posted at Find-A-Grave: From an obituary "IN MEMORIUM -It becomes my sad duty to chonicle the death of another good woman, Mrs. Ida Jane Hulse (nee Conard). - She was born in Loudoun County, Virginia, June 2, 1848, and departed this life at the family home, three and one half miles north of Oak Grove, Mo., September 30, 1908. She was 60 years, 8 months and 28 days old. Mrs. Hulse came to Missouri with her parents in the spring of 1853, when she was a girl only five years old, and continued to live in Jackson County till her death. She married Greenville Hulse, her now bereaved husband, April 15, 1869, when she was a young woman 21 years old in the strength and vigor of her young life. Mrs. Hulse professed religion in 1866, when she was only 18 years of age. She united at that time with the M. E. church, South, but after her marriage she joined with her husband the M. E. church. Mrs. Hulse was the mother of eleven children, seven of whom are still living, the other 4 having preceeded her to the other home. The living children are Miss Minnie Hulse, Charles Hulse, Mrs. Charles Morgan, Delbert Hulse, Roy Hulse, Mrs. J. E. Axline, and Mellville Hulse. These children all rise up and call her blessed. Pratt, daughter of Uriah Pratt and Anne Jane Laurison, on 27 October 1870 at Kent County, Michigan. Marriege was witnessed by Mary B. Graves and Mary's brother John L.      Cornelius B. Havens was born on 26 October 1848 at Studs Corner, Yates County, New York.1 He was the son of Peter Havens and Johanna Hays.1 Cornelius B. Havens married Laura Josephine Darby, daughter of Samuel Darby and Sarah M Reed, on 11 January 1873 at Vernon, Lake County, Illinois.1 Laura and Cornelius appeared on the census of 11 June 1880 in Beloit, Rock County, Wisconsin.2 Cornelius B. Havens appeared on the census of 1 June 1900 in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; For this census, Cornelius is living alone as a widower.3 He died on 20 July 1912 at Wauwatosa, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, at age 63.1

     George Fulton Brown was born on 21 November 1848 at "Lee Hall", Westmoreland County, Virginia.1 He was the son of Col. Thomas Brown and Sarah Lee Cox.1 George Fulton Brown was included in the census of his parents, Sarah Lee Cox and Col.      Sally Ann Armstrong was born in December 1848 at Culpeper County, Virginia.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Conway Armstrong and Sarah Ann Elizabeth Button. ?Sally was included in the census of her parents, Thomas Conway Armstrong and Sarah Ann Elizabeth Button, on 25 October 1850 at Culpeper County.3 Sally was included in the census of parents on 18 July 1860 at Culpeper County.4 Sally Ann married John Edward Bywaters, son of Richard H. Bywaters and Elizabeth Fletcher, circa 1868.2 John and Sally were recorded on the census of 2 July 1870 in Jefferson, Culpeper County, Virginia; This census included Caroline Green, female, age 12, Mulatto.5 They were also recorded on the census of 23 June 1880 in Culpeper, Culpeper County, Virginia.6 Sally was in the home of her son, Richard Bywaters, for the census of on 10 June 1900 at Jefferson, Culpeper County, Virginia.7 John and Sallie appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 in Lee, Fauquier County, Virginia; In this census Sallie reported that she had two children both living.8 Sallie died on 26 March 1937 at Ft.
