A year later, they moved to Dryden, where he taught Math, P.E. Shop Class and also coached Basketball. He was the Principal at Dryden for 27 years. A job that he enjoyed very much, retiring in 1982. Ed had many interests and hobbies in life. He was an avid collector of many things antique and beautiful, especially apple labels, old unique bottles and Ellensburg Blue Agates. He loved to garden and grew gorgeous vegetables. He enjoyed reading and sharing paperbacks with his sister, Rosemary. He also enjoyed golfing and fishing with very special friends over the years. . Above all, Ed was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was always content in life and will be greatly missed and always loved".2 He died on 25 December 2013 at Dryden, Washington, at age 87; From a Memoriam published in The Wenatchee World "Ed is survived by his loving wife, Ruth and their children, sons, Randy (Nancy) and David (Lisa); daughter, Lori.      John David Lehman was born on 3 July 1926 at China.1 He was the son of Algie Ellsworth Lehman and Mabel Claire Burke.1 John David Lehman was found on a passenger list on 26 January 1927 at Seattle, King County, Washington, Ariving from Hong Kong China aboard the S.S. Empress Of Canada. All of the Lehman children exited the Vessel at Victoria, B.C.2 He was in the household of Algie Ellsworth Lehman and Mabel Claire Burke on 4 April 1930 at Red Bird, Bell County, Kentucky.3 John David Lehman witnessed the census of Algie Ellsworth Lehman and Mabel Claire Burke on 12 April 1940 at Bird Evangelical Hospital, 7-9 Magisterial District, Bell County, Kentucky.4 John David Lehman died on 15 December 1974 at age 48.1

     Allen McVey Wood Steele was born on 5 August 1927 at Fayette County, West Virginia.1 He was the son of David Fred Steele and Laura Russie Wood.1 Allen McVey Wood Steele was included during the census of his parents, Laura Russie Wood, on 4 April 1930 at Ansted, Fayette County, West Virginia.3 Allen McVey Wood Steele married Nelda Fay McKeown, daughter of Willie Green McKeown and Mary Ethel Steger, on 3 January 1948.2 Allen McVey Wood Steele died on 20 February 2012 at Texas at age 84; Burial: Huston National Cemetery, Huston Texas. From a post at Find-A-Grave: "joined the U.S. Navy in 1945 at the end of World War II. While his time in the military was brief, he was very proud of his service and had great respect for those who serve their country. Towards the end of his service, he met Nelda McKeown at the USO in Orange, Texas, and married her on January 3, 1948". - "received a degree in Music Education at the University of Houston in 1952 and was a high school band director until 1961. The remainder of his professional career was spent as a piano technician in the greater Houston area, becoming a respected member of the Piano Technician's Guild. He tuned the piano for the Houston Symphony and for many well-known international concert pianists. After many years as an independent piano technician, Allen joined the staff at the University of Houston and retired in 1992. In addition to his duties as a piano technician there, he and Nelda spent much time supporting the UH band and enjoying Cougar football. He remained a strong supporter of the Cougar football team and attended as many games as he could. Allen was especially proud that two of his children, as well as one of his grandchildren, graduated from UH". - "Allen was preceded in death by his wife, Nelda. He is survived by five children, ten grandchildren, and seven great-grandchild".2 He and Nelda Fay McKeown were parents of 5 children.2

     Walter Patrick "Darrell" Harrington was born on 23 October 1927 at Lindsay, Tulare County, California.1,2 He was the son of Walter Richard Harrington and Sercina Marie Mingo.1 Walter Patrick "Darrell" Harrington was included in the census of Walter Richard Harrington and Sercina Marie Mingo on 29 April 1940 at Shasta, Klamath County, Oregon.3 Walter Patrick "Darrell" Harrington died on 30 August 1997 at Klamath Falls, Klamath County, Oregon, at age 69; From and Obituary posted at Find-A-Grave "Walter Patrick "Darrell" Harrington, 69, died at his Klamath Falls residence on Aug. 30, 1997; He was born to Walter and Marie (Mingo)Harrington in Lindsay, California; he spent most of his life in the Klamath Basin. When he was 15 years old he was a jockey at Bay Meadows Race Track in California and by the age of 16, had started his rodeo career; In 1945, he left high school to jion the Navy, service for two years. He then returned to high school at Sacred Heart Academy, where he excelled at football; After graduation he re-enlisted in the Navy for two more years; Mr. Harrington was a professional boxer and boxed at the Klamath Armory during the 1950s. He also boxed while serving in the Navy and he won many times; He was a professional cowboy, riding saddle bronc and bareback, and a memberof the Pofessional Rodeo Cowyboys Association for many years. He won numerous rodeo events; Mr. Harriington ranched in Ruth, Calif., before retiring to Klamath Falls; He was also a horseshoer and worked in the constructin and logging industries as well;

Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Luke and Patti Harrington, Sycamore, Ohio, and Patrick and Paula Harrington, Meridian, Miss; step-children, Max Morris, TN Asa Morris, MS and Delcie Morris, Meridian; grandchildren, Victoria and Nicholas Harrington, both Sycamore, and Patrick Harrington Jr. and Phillip Harrington, both Meridian; mother, Marie Harrington, Klamath Falls; sisters and brother-in-law, Pat and Dorvin Ericks and Norma and Dale Rager, all Anderson, Calif., Rita and Bob Childers and Teresa and Dean Johnson, all Klamath Falls, and JoAnne and Richard Berg, Keno; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Walter, brother, Robert Harrington, and a stepdaughter, Kristy Harrington.2
