     Toros Tarpinian was born on 16 January 1890 at Arnavood, Siras, Turkey.2,3,4 He married Mushginaz "Rosa" Kasparian.1 Toros Tarpinian and Mushginaz "Rosa" Kasparian emigrated on 15 March 1921 from Istanbull, Turkey; They came throught Triest, Italy via the SS "Franz Josef."5 Toros Tarpinian and Mushginaz "Rosa" Kasparian appeared on the census of 3 April 1930 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California.2 Toros Tarpinian and Mushginaz "Rosa" Kasparian were recorded on Toros' World War II Draft Registration Card, in 1942 at Los Angeles, California.6 Toros Tarpinian was naturalized on 13 November 1942 in the U.S. District Court for the Souther District of California, Los Angeles, California.7 He died on 12 December 1969 at Los Angeles County, California, at age 79.3
