She attended Tennessee Wesleyan College and Radford College, was a homemaker and a member of the Red Oak Union Church in Ceres, where she had served 68 years as the pianist of the church. The last surviving member of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin H. Neel; a sister, Erma Jane Foglesong; brothers, Clyde, Rush, Chloe, Paul and Billy Lindamood. She is survived by a daughter, Joyce N. Mustard and husband Bob of Bluefield, four grandchildren, Marty Mustard and Mark Mustard, both of Bluefield, Tim Mustard of Fuquay-Varina, NC, and Todd Mustard of Deland, FL; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews".1,2
