     Ella "Nellie" V(irginia) Davis was born on 29 July 1875 at Hague, Westmoreland County, Virginia.1,3 She was the daughter of Wilber Fisk Davis and Ella Virginia Sampson.2 Ella "Nellie" V(irginia) Davis married John Lee "Seldom" Beale, son of Gen. Richard Lee Turberville Beale and Lucy Maria Brown, on 23 November 1904 at Westmoreland County, Virginia; They had no children.1,4 Ella "Nellie" V(irginia) Davis and John Lee "Seldom" Beale appeared on the census of 14 January 1920 in Cople, Virginia.1 Nellie and John also appeared on the census of 7 April 1930 in Cople, Virginia.5 John and Nel last appear together on the census of 20 April 1940 in Cople.6 Ella "Nellie" V(irginia) Davis died on 26 March 1978 at Gloucester Point, Gloucester County, Virginia, at age 102.2 She and John Lee "Seldom" Beale appeared to have had no children.7

     Hugh Davidson Crigler was born in February 1876 at Virginia.4 He was the son of William Gideon Crigler and Mary C. (?)3,4 Hugh was included in the census of his parents on 12 June 1900 at Jefferson, Culpeper County, Virginia.4 Hugh Davidson Crigler married Sarah Katherine Armstrong, daughter of John Edward Armstrong and Lidia "Lilly" Miller, on 12 April 1911 at Virginia.1 Hugh Davidson Crigler and Sarah Katherine Armstrong appeared on the census of 23 January 1920 in Jefferson, Culpeper County, Virginia.3 Hugh and Mary also appeared on the census of 30 April 1930 in Jefferson, Culpeper County, Virginia.5 They appeared on the census of 5 June 1940 in Jefferson, Culpeper County, Virginia.6 Hugh died on 25 July 1945 at Culpeper County, Virginia, at age 69.7

     Mary Ann Steele was born in February 1876 at Kentucky.1,3 She was the daughter of Alexander Steele and Nancy Jane Miller.1 Mary was included in the census of her younger brother Gale/Gail Steele on 23 June 1900 at Woodbine, Whitley County, Virginia.3 Mary Ann Steele married Andrew S. Wilder on 24 December 1900 at Whitley County, Kentucky.2,4,5 Mary Ann Steele and Andrew S. Wilder appeared on the census of 27 April 1910 in Corbin, Whitley County, Kentucky.6 Andy and Mary also appeared on the census of 13 January 1920 in Corbin, Kentucky.7 They also appeared on the census of 14 April 1930 in Corbin.8 Andy and Mary appeared on the census of 8 April 1940 in Corbin.9 Mary Ann Steele died in 1948 at Corbin, Whitley County, Kentucky.2
