Unruh appeared on the census of 8 January 1920 in River, Barton County, Kansas.¹ They appeared on the census of 30 April 1930 in Pawnee Rock, Barton County, Kansas.³

     Rebecca Watson was born circa 1852 at Littleport, Cambridgeshire, England.² She was the daughter of John Watson and Elizabeth (?)³ Rebecca Watson age 8, is living with her grandmother, Ann Watson (age 74). in 1861 at Littleport, Cambridgeshire, England. Earlier census' give no indication of who her parents might be! The John listed as her father is likely the son of Ann and there is room amid the ages of his and Elizabeth's children for Rebecca to be their daugher so Rebecca has been included in their family.⁴ She married William Ablett, son of Charles Ablett and Sarah James, before 1 January 1874 at North Witchfod District, Cambridgeshire, England.^1,2 Rebecca Watson and William Ablett appeared on the census of 3 April 1881 in Robin Goodfellows Lane Northwoodside, March, Cambridgeshrie, England.² Rebecca Watson and William Ablett appeared on the census of 5 April 1891 in March, Cambridgeshire, England.⁵ Rebecca Watson and William Ablett appeared on the census of 21 March 1901 in Freiston, Lincolnshire, England.⁶ They also appeared on the census of 2 April 1911 in Holbeach, Lincolnshire, England.⁷

Walker and Mary (?)² James Walker appeared with his Parents, John and Mary Walker, on the census of 9 July 1860 in Smithville P.O., DeKalb County, Tennessee; This census included Francis Bowles (b 1777), perhaps James' maternal grand-mother?² He married Surilda Jane Cotton, daughter of John M Cotton and Mary (?), circa 1869 at Tennessee.¹ James Walker and Surilda Jane Cotton appeared on the census of 18 August 1870 in Smithville P.O., DeKalb County, Tennessee.³ James Walker died before 1875.¹

Hutchcroft applied as widow of the Cival War (application No. 1135729) and was certified (Wertificate No. 865986). on 3 February 1919 at Grant County, Wisconsin.¹ She died on 11 January 1922 at Glen Haven, Grant County, Wisconsin, at age 69.²

     Malinda Jane Breeden married Bizzeal P. Joseph Pere Bell Wilmer D.D. and Helena Skipwith on 6 June 1860 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; There can be little doubt that this is the Rev. Joseph Willmer. Why was the Rt. Rev. Wilmer listed as Geo. E. Wilmier? (Suthern sympathies?). Helena was listed as Hellen, Skipwith as Skipple,Joseph as Joseph, Helena jr. as Hellen, and William as William. Order of birth and ages match.² Helen Skipwith Wilmer married Edward Carrington Venable, son of Samuel Woodson Venable and Elizabeth Travis Carrington, circa 1875 at Virginia.³ Helen Skipwith Wilmer died on 8 December 1923 at age 71.¹

One of the more than 83 victims of the Sutton-Taylor Feud. They are buried near each other".^1,4

     On 3 December 1895 at 811 S G Street, Tacoma, Washington, Archibald Jarvis Jones wrote the fallowing letter to his son Rev. Charles Pinckney Jones.
Dear Archie: "Your favor of Novermber 23 was not recived till yeaterday. In reply I will give you a brief history of som of our ancestors of the Jones's. My grandfather, Wm. Jones, came from Wales and settled in Pasquatank County *may not spell this right) (to) eastern N.C. abouth the year 1735.

He had five sons, William, Joseph, Joshua, Caleb and Jarvis. All were born in N.C. about 1740 to 1761. William entered the Continal Army 1777, was marched to Charleston, S. C. soon after and served there till Charleston was captured by the British Army. He was held prisoner on a prison ship near Charleston some two years or more till released after the war. When Lord Cornwallis , after having wintered in Wilmington, N. C. in the winter 1780-1, marched across the state to Petersburg, Virginia in the summer of 1781, he rested awhile at Halifax court house, Halifax Couty, the right wing of his army extending across Roanoke River into Parquimans county and extended in to Pasquatiank County, committing depredations and murdering. A company of voulenteers was raised by a Capt. Sawyer, and m father, Jarvis Jones, voulenteered to serve under him as one of the company to drive the Tories out of the country or destroy them. That Company, I have heard my father say repeatedly, succeeded in subduing the Torries, or driving them after after Loard Cornwallis in the early fall of 1781. He told me that he had some narrow excapes, was not hit, however, by ball or cut by saber and when Cornwalllis was taken prisoner at Yourk Townin the fall. Cap. Sawyer disbanded his company and my father wen home. He was then over twenty years old.

the record of that company, muster roll, history, etc., have all passed away or been allowed to moulder into dust, or to be lost and forgotten. But it is absolutely certain that my father, Jarvis Jones, was a voluneer soldier in the American Revolution, for I have heard him say so many times, and that he did active serivice against the Tories in eastern North Carolina under Capt. Sawyer in the summer and early fall of 1781.

I was the last of his children born of a second wife after he was sixty years old.
