Meador and Martha "Julia" Juliet Steele on 17 July 1860 at Sni Bar, Jackson County, Missouri.1 Hugh Templeton Meador was ncluded in the census of parents, Joseph A. W. Meador and Martha "Julia" Juliet Steele, on 4 September 1865 at Centropolis, Franklin County, Kansas.6 Hugh Templeton Meador was recorded in the census of Joseph A. W. Meador and Martha "Julia" Juliet Steele on 7 June 1870 at Pottawatomie, Franklin County, Kansas.7 Hugh Templeton Meador was recorded in the census of Joseph A. W. Meador and Cynthia Hunt on 5 June 1880 at Lane, Franklin County, Kansas.8 Hugh was recorded on the Califonria Greant Register of 29 September 1888 at Scott's Valley, Lake County, California.3 He also was recorded in the California Great Registers on 21 July 1892 in Willow Glen, Santa Clara County.9 Hugh Templeton Meador married Gertrude L. Crowley, daughter of Peter Crowley and Ellen (?), on 23 January 1893 at Santa Clara County, California.5,10 Hugh Templeton Meador and Gertrude L. Pleasants Fisher was born on 5 December 1857 at Matagordo, Texas.3,4 She was the daughter of Samuel William Fisher and Eliza Ophelia Smith.1 Nettie was recorded in the census of her parents, Samuel William Fisher and Eliza Ophelia Smith, on 15 August 1860 at Matagorda, Matagorda County, Texas.1 She was also included in the census of her parents on 10 June 1870 at Matagorda, Matagorda County, Texas.5 Annette "Nannette" L. Pleasants Fisher married John William Armstrong, son of William Cleminson Armstrong and Sarah Catherine Slaughter, on 21 January 1885 at Austin, Travis County, Texas.6,7 Nettie and John appeared on the census of 7 June 1900 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.3 John and Annette also appeared on the census of 20 April 1910 in San Antonio.8 Annette "Nannette" L.
